Our house espresso blend, enjoyed by some of our favorite shops! We start with a full-bodied Guatemala Huehuetenango and mix in some bright and complex South American coffee for just the right amount of floral notes. Borealis Espresso is a wonderful complement to milk in your favorite espresso drink. Unlike espresso blends you find on the shelves, this espresso drinks well on its own.
